The company is a flagship company of the Dugar Group of Companies. Dugar Finance & Investments Ltd, a company registered with the RBI as an NBFC, was launched in 1987 with daring vision to exceed customer expectations every time. The Company has a strong network of more than 600 car dealers, including new as well as used car dealers pan India. 

The Company is the first to associate with South India Car Dealers Association for strategic business alliance with its members. Dugar Finance was the pioneer in introducing the concept of DSE  Direct Selling Entrepreneurs, for members of the association. The Company is also the first in the segment to conduct (Dugar Awards) to honour the best performers among its business associates (DSEs).
